If I represent you as a Buyer’s Agent, here is a brief description of my services:
- Assure that you see all the properties in the area that meet your criteria.
- Guide you through the entire home buying process.
- Make sure you don’t pay too much for your new home and help you avoid costly mistakes. I prepare a comprehensive market analysis for any home you consider making an offer on BEFORE you make the offer.
- Explain every part of the sales contact including termite bond issues, title policy insurance, home owners insurance, tax pro-rations, home owner’s association fees (if any), the legal impact of the contract, home inspections, anticipated closing dates and possession dates and addendum clauses.
- Help you formulate and negotiate contracts that have YOUR interests first while trying to drive the best possible deal you can make.
- Prepare a detailed closing cost estimate with each offer showing the closing costs and your approximate monthly payment.
- Explain the home inspection process, how to select the right inspector and help you interpret the inspection report.
- Negotiate your home inspection repair request with the seller.
- Assist you in finding the best mortgage company and best financing rates with the lowest closing costs as well as helping you examine in detail any comparisons of lender’s proposals and their fees.
- Answer all of your questions about the local market area, including schools, neighborhoods, the local economy, and more.

- Check your credit. The Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA ) requires each of the nationwide consumer reporting companies — Equifax, Experian and TransUnion — to provide you with a free copy of your credit report, at your request, once every 12 months. To order, visit

Do not contact the three nation wide consumer reporting companies individually. They are providing free annual credit reports only through www.annualcreditreport.com - Determine a comfortable monthly budget for your new purchase, including down payment and monthly payment.
